The lighting that reflect on the ceiling create the illusion of thousands of stars, which made for some amazing photographs.  And being able to photograph the first dance from the gantry in the roof of the biome was an experience!  This with the sounds of Fistral Stereo, brought truly fabulous atmosphere to Cheryl & Chris’  Eden Project Wedding celebrations.

- [Wedding Photographer Cornwall – 2018 Favourites](https://www.brianrobinsonphotography.com/wedding-photographer-cornwall-2018-favourites/): But back to 2018 and my Wedding Photographer Cornwall - 2018 Favourites.  This year I found that I've really enjoyed photographing people more than ever.  My style has always been to be in the background, let the day happen and just shoot away.  And all of the weddings that I shot in 2018 allowed me to do just that. It felt that the couples who booked me had really thought what they wanted in a photographer and how I would work with their vision for the wedding day.
- [Live Music – 2018 Favourites](https://www.brianrobinsonphotography.com/live-music-2018-favourites/): The show was mesmerising and I had one of the most emotional 12 minutes that I've ever experienced at a gig.  This was when he brought Kylie Minogue out for their duet of 'Where the Wild Roses Grow' followed by 'Jubilee Street'.  The latter being my favourite Nick Cave song and the live version has grown into an 8 minute beast!

- [Greenbank Hotel Wedding](https://www.brianrobinsonphotography.com/greenbank-hotel-wedding/): Dawn & James got married on a beautiful April day in Cornwall for their Greenbank Hotel Wedding.  I joined Dawn at the Greenbank Hotel as she got ready with her mother & bridesmaids. Dawn said that she woke really early and watched the sunrise before breakfast and enjoyed the quiet before it all got busy.  
- [Boardmasters Festival 2018](https://www.brianrobinsonphotography.com/boardmasters-festival-2018/): With twelve stages & area's to the festival there is pretty much something for everyone.  And as the Boardmasters website states ‘Discover carefully curated stages that play host to a world of talent; ranging from local acoustic artists, to mind-bending visual performers, via world-class international headliners’.
- [Trenderway Farm Wedding](https://www.brianrobinsonphotography.com/trenderway-farm-wedding/): Trenderway Farm is on the south coast of Cornwall, close to Looe, it is a lovely venue to photograph a wedding and was the perfect setting for Stephanie & Martyn's wedding.
- [Queens Of The Stone Age – Eden Sessions](https://www.brianrobinsonphotography.com/queens-of-the-stone-age-eden-sessions/): Kicking off with A Song For The Deaf QOTSA began a set that covered their seven album career, played 20 minutes over the curfew and brought that dirty rock n' roll sound to Eden.

- [Cornish Camels Wedding](https://www.brianrobinsonphotography.com/cornish-camels-wedding/): From Shipwrights it was a short journey to their Cornish Camels Wedding where Gavin and their guests were arriving.  Cornish Camels is a unique venue as there are a couple of different locations on the farm, most of which were used for Lindsey & Gavin's Cornish Camels Wedding. The wedding ceremony was held outdoors at the Corn Chamber, which dates back to the 15th Century. It provided the most beautiful backdrop and I loved shooting around the Corn Chamber. The light and colours were just incredible.

- [Wroxall Abbey Wedding](https://www.brianrobinsonphotography.com/wroxall-abbey-wedding/): It was back to my hometown of Birmingham for Megan & Tom's Wroxall Abbey Wedding.  The day began at Megans family home in the beautiful little village of Knowle.  I have know Megan's family for over twenty years as one of my oldest friends is married to Beckie, one of her sisters.  So not only did I get to photograph an amazing wedding, I got to catch up with some great friends.

My day began with Joanna, her family and bridesmaids as they got ready at Joanna's parent's house. From there it was a short journey to St Mewan Church to meet Matt arriving with his Best Man.
- [Belle & Sebastian live – Hall for Cornwall](https://www.brianrobinsonphotography.com/belle-sebastian-live-hall-for-cornwall/): I'll be honest, I've let Belle & Sebastian pass me by over the years.  They're a band that I've always been aware of and have brought a few of their singles, but have never fully got into them.  That was until last night when I got to photograph Belle & Sebastian live - Hall for CornwallI for Cornwall Live and I was totally blown away. I can now say that I am convert to the joy of Belle & Sebastian!
- [St Mawes Castle Wedding](https://www.brianrobinsonphotography.com/caroline-mark-st-mawes-castle-wedding-photography/): I love a St Mawes Castle Wedding, the village has a lot of character and is far from sleepy in the summer. The views over the water are breathtaking and the Castle adds a little bit of Cornish magic to it.   And although this meant that I only got to spend small part of their wedding day with them, it allowed me to get the ferry from Falmouth.  Not a bad way to start & finish a Wedding Day.
- [Those Wedding Rings](https://www.brianrobinsonphotography.com/those-wedding-rings/): At some point of the Wedding Day I will ask the couple if I can borrow those wedding rings for a short time. I will use this time to take a few pictures of the rings and try to include some element of the day.  This could be the wedding theme, favours, gifts or the location.   This helps me get the pictures of some of the wonderful Wedding Rings that you see here now.
- [Independent Venue Week – Cornwall](https://www.brianrobinsonphotography.com/independent-venue-week-cornwall/): That first night of Independent Venue Week - Cornwall, staged by national indie promoters This Feeling, was a vibrant shot in the arm, kicked off by new male/female Truro College duo Swine and also featuring Cardiff's Himalayas, who are the sound of the Manics beaten up in a back bar by The Fall.
- [Debbie & Owen – Gwennap Church Wedding](https://www.brianrobinsonphotography.com/debbie-owen-gwennap-church-wedding/): I first met Debbie & Owen after they were referred to me by a mutual friend.  We had at chat at the BlueBar in Porthtowan, which overlooks one of my favourite surfing beaches in Cornwall. Forward to the big day and I was at the Church shortly before Owen, who arrived with one of their dogs Holly.  Holly also had the important job of being ring bearer during the ceremony.  Another important role for the day was undertaken by Debbie's mother Jenny, who joined the Gwennap Church Bell Ringers to welcome Debbie's arrival.
