Falmouth Tall Ships

Last week saw the return of the Tall Ships to Falmouth.  There have been some amazing pictures of the boats out on the water during the Parade of Sail and had I had access to a boat I’d have been out there too.  (maybe next time).

Over 200,000 people visited Falmouth which gave the town an amazing atmosphere.  We ate, drank (thank you Skinners and Hooked On The Rocks) and somewhere amongst it all visited the boats.

The Falmouth to Royal Greenwich Regatta saw a fleet of 30 tall ships from around the world arrive in the historic port of Falmouth. For three days there were festivities throughout the town before the race started on 31st August.
