It’s been an absolute pleasure to have documented every wedding in 2022 and these are just a few of my favourite pictures from what has been a pretty special year. With every wedding this year I’ve grown, learnt and continue to love what I do.
It’s not easy trying to decide what are my favourites for this Best Wedding Photographer Cornwall 2022 collection. How do I reflect on the year in just 100 pictures? But this year for me has been all about the people, and as I mentioned earlier I get to be a part of these amazing days. And and capture all of the smiling faces that you see above that have come together to celebrate.
Yet again it’s been another fantastic year, I’ve travelled all across Cornwall and had a few trips into Devon to shoot weddings for people from all walks of life and in many different places. A lot of these have been at new venues, which is great for the wedding industry. I’ve been to barns, mansions, registry offices, churches, pubs, back gardens, marquees, hotels and even a boat.
No two weddings are the same, but at the heart of it are two people who love each other and want to share it with their friends & family.
Weddings in Cornwall continue to deliver and there have been some fantastic new venues to visit, as well as some old favourites. I’ve already shared one on the blog from the Lost Gardens of Heligan, but will be sharing more with you in the coming months.
2022 closed off the last of the covid weddings that were rescheduled and also saw a few second wedding days from that time. I had two amazing weddings this year with couples that married during lockdown in 2020 but finally got to live their day as they intended.
As much as I love sharing these images from my Best Wedding Photographer Cornwall 2022, I’m equally as excited for what 2023 will bring. I’ve some amazing weddings booked with couples whose vision and plans for their day reflect how I’ve evolved as a photographer and how they want their day documented.
To all of the couples that put their love & faith in me, thankyou. And to all of the couples who have booked me for 2023, I can’t wait!!!
