Eden Project Wedding | Cheryl & Chris

Cheryl & Chris choose the Eden Project as the venue for their wedding day.  Having previously shot the Eden Sessions for the last three years, it was the first time I’d photographed a wedding there. So to see and photograph this venue in a very different setup was amazing.

With full use of the Mediterranean Biome, Cheryl & Chris made use of this impressive space to hold their ceremony, wedding breakfast and party celebrations. The Mediterranean Biome guarantees an outdoor-style wedding regardless of whatever the Cornish weather is doing outside, and gives you the sense and climate of being in the Med.  

The party celebrations were spent socialising & dancing with their family and friends who had travelled to Cornwall to celebrate with them. And this was when the biomes were at their most impressive. The lighting that reflect on the ceiling create the illusion of thousands of stars, which made for some amazing photographs.  And being able to photograph the first dance from the gantry in the roof of the biome was an experience!  This with the sounds of Fistral Stereo, brought truly fabulous atmosphere to Cheryl & Chris’  Eden Project Wedding celebrations.
