Nicole and Mike’s Knightor Winery wedding was all about being true to themselves, and it was everything they wanted: chilled, full of laughter, and shared with the people they love most.

The Vibe of the Day

No stiff traditions, no strict dress codes, and no unnecessary fuss. Nicole and Mike’s Knightor Winery Wedding was intentionally relaxed. “Chill, pretty relaxed—there isn’t a dress code or anything for guests. Mike won’t be wearing a three-piece suit; my dress is simple. The decorations will be minimalistic and rustic, with a fair bit of wood and flower petals most likely, muted and pastel colours.”

It worked beautifully. Guests mingled in the courtyard, laughed under the Cornish mizzle, and later shared wine and food at long tables in the stone barn. It was rustic but with a light touch, just enough detail to feel special without ever being overdone.

Finding the right venue was surprisingly simple. “We wanted a Cornish wedding pretty close to Newquay, all in one venue, preferably with accommodation and preferably with wine. Knightor ticked all the boxes very nicely.”

And honestly, could there be a more perfect fit? A vineyard wedding in the heart of Cornwall with incredible food and wine, outdoor ceremony options, and a rustic barn for the reception, it’s basically a dream.

Favourite Moments

Walking through the vineyard together for portraits was one of the highlights. The vines stretched out around them, giving the couple a quiet pause in the middle of the day. It was the perfect balance between intimacy and celebration.

And of course—the food. “We’re both very excited about the food and having all our family and friends together,” they said in the run-up. On the day, Knightor delivered. Incredible dishes, perfectly paired wines, and the buzz of everyone gathered around the tables set the tone for a party that rolled into the night.
