The Black Tambourines – Lost Dawn – The Red Cords
Today see’s the latest release from Lost Dawn with their new record ‘Fever’ and it features a track called ‘Aguila’ which in my opinion is they finest song to date. Need convincing? Have a look & listen over at Gigslutz.
As well as the album, Lost Dawn are hitting the road thought the UK this month and so are the Black Tamourines who are taking it a little further into europe too (tour dates here on the Black Tambourines Facebook page). With all this excitement in mind I thought I’d finally blog the Falmouth Sound show from last year. It’s taken me a while to blog this one, but I believe it’s worth the wait… Back in October the Princess Pavilion, Falmouth saw Easy Action Records present three of the finest bands to emerge from the South West in many years. The Black Tambourines, Lost Dawn & The Red Cords.
The sheer force of all three performances showed just how far all three bands have come, how their sounds have developed and the whole evening felt like a celebration of this. Lets start with the Black Tambourines, take a look.
