I’ve spent plenty of time at The Falmouth Hotel over the years, and this was my first Falmouth Hotel Wedding (back in 2018). Victoria & James were married on a gloriously sunny summer’s day in Cornwall.

Victoria & James were married at the Falmouth Hotel, a stunning Victorian Hotel that overlooks Falmouth Bay.  Victoria & James had their ceremony and reception at the hotel. This was great, because having everything at one venue gave me more time to blend in and get some fantastic pictures.  I loved shooting at the hotel as the location is just perfect for a wedding.
 
Their wedding was celebrated with their family & friends, with Victoria’s daughters leading the way down the aisle.  With James being a musician, the ceremony started the live music theme of the day with several of their guests singing and playing before and after the ceremony.

Following the ceremony, the wedding party headed out onto the lawn for canapés and drinks, and to soak up the sunshine.  Before the wedding breakfast, there was more live music in the hotel bar from more of the guests.  And following the food, it was back out onto the lawn, where the children (and some adults) got to bounce around on lots of space hoopers.
 
Victoria’s daughters stepped up again and gave her a wonderful surprise for their first dance.  The girls sang along with the band and gave them a first dance to remember.
