Space Cowboy Wedding | Molly & Tom
Space Cowboy Wedding
One is tall and one is fluffy, they like rock and roll and they like to party. And they liked each other so much that they decided to get married.
Now a lot of weddings follow the same format and even some of the non-traditional weddings can feel quite similar. But I can safely say that Molly & Tom took the rule book, tore it up and did it exactly how they wanted to. Even the church was Rock n’ Roll.
I love an alternative wedding and Molly & Tom’s Space Cowboy Wedding was one for the books.

Molly & Tom originally wanted to build a wooden chapel to get married in and then burn it down. But (weirdly) they couldn’t find any landowners to agree to this.
So they went with the next best thing and got married at Saint Goran Parish Church (but they didn’t burn it down after).
Gorran is a lovely little village by the sea in Cornwall and where Molly & Tom call home. And it was home where they had their post wedding hoe down, at Cotna Eco Retreat. A tiny organic farm just a short walk from the church. It is such a lovely place, surrounded by flowers and has lots of lovely spots for photos and for the party to happen!
I’ve known Molly & Tom for a few years now, first meeting them when I photographed Tom’s sisters Veryan Wedding. Since that day I’ve shot two other weddings where they’ve been guests and bumped into them at countless gigs in Falmouth. So I knew that this was going to be off the scale epic, especially as we all love music (cliche) and that music was a huge part of their vibe for the day.
Molly said ‘We were sooooooo excited to have all the people we love around us, in our home and to have a big old knees up in our fancy wed threads. I was blown away by having all my favourite humans in one place. I knew that would be great and it exceeded all expectations, it was just indescribably magical. Especially in such a beautiful setting. It was a beautiful day, our faces hurt by the end of it from smiling and laughing so much. We loved our little woodland walk with you Brian and doing photos in Foxglove City!‘

As an Alternative Wedding Photographer, Molly & Tom’s Space Cowboy Wedding was a dream to photograph. It just had a rock ‘n’ roll vibe and Conta Eco Park was the perfect blank canvas for their day.
When I asked Molly & Tom what they wanted from their wedding photography, Molly said ‘I think we know you well enough now to be totally comfortable, so we’re just stoked to see what happens. It’s important to us that the happiness, vibeyness and partyness is captured, we know we’ll love what you do and you always catch it all so well.‘
